Tranmere Rovers’ Connor Jennings says he ‘fully believes it’s really important to finish the season strong’ ahead of his side’s final game of the campaign at Accrington Stanley this Saturday 27th April (3pm kick-off).
“We’re probably all aware it’s been a disappointing season, a lot of ups and downs, but I fully believe it’s really important to finish the season strong and then that can go onto pre-season, and onto the following season.
“I think we’ve showed most of the season we can score goals, bar the start, but we’ve proved we can score loads of goals. We’re exciting to watch and there’s a lot of firepower in the squad so hopefully that can continue.”
