Tranmere suffered a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Woking at the Kingfield Stadium.
Gary Brabin made one enforced change to the team which beat Guiseley last weekend with Martin Riley missing out through injury with his place going to Lois Maynard.
Tranmere had the best openings of the game with Norwood having a couple of efforts wide before on 10 minutes when some lovely one-touch football saw Steven Jennings played in but his shot was expertly saved by Jake Cole in the Woking goal.
Tranmere had the ball in the net after a spell of pressure with some lovely football by Gary Taylor-Fletcher and Andy Mangan playing in Norwood but the assistant referee's flag was up for offside.
Woking opened the scoring on 27 minutes when a right wing cross by Bruno Andrade was headed home by Daniel Holman.
They doubled their lead on 40 minutes when Joseph Quigley's shot was parried by Scott Davies and John Goddard was the quickest to react and turn the ball home.
Cole made a couple of saves to deny Mangan and Liam Hogan before the half time whistle.
After a blocked Norwood shot, 10 minutes into the second half, Woking further increased their advantage as a slide rule pass found Holman who slid the ball past Davies.
Rovers made a couple of substitutions with Ben Tomlinson replacing Mangan and Ritchie Sutton coming on for Adam Mekki in a reshuffle.
Norwood had a shot turned around the post by Cole as Tranmere looked to pull a goal back on 69 minutes.
Woking scored another as Rovers pushed forward, a long ball found Quigley who rounded Hogan and slid the ball into the net.
Taylor-Fletcher hit the crossbar with 10 minutes remaining with a vicious volley before volleys from Jay Harris and Taylor-Fletcher again went narrowly over the bar.
Tranmere did pull a goal back when Norwood burst through a number of challenges and curled home from 20 yards but it was a mere consolation.
