Parking Advice For Parents

Posted on: Fri 06 Jan 2012

Dear Parents

Once again we have received complaints from the residents living in or around the Ingleborough Road playing fields.

Please can we politely request that under no circumstances are you to park at the training ground, all cars must be parked at Prenton Park.

This issue has now been ongoing for many years and we are still having problems, the residents are returning from work to find that they are unable to park close to their own houses and in some cases unable to access their own driveways.

Residents will be noting down registration numbers of cars that are parked obstructing driveways or close to junctions that are causing near miss accidents.Traffic wardens and police are also in regular attendance in the area.

On a number of occasions local residents have been verbally abused by parents, this is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. All instances will be reported to the Club for further action.

I do hope that you will work with us to carry on our good relationship with the local residents and we can then develop our young stars of the future who will also be great ambassadors of the Club.

Yours faithfully
