Posted on: Fri 18 Dec 2009

Tranmere pair Alan Mahon and Ash Taylor visited Lyndale Special School in Eastham earlier this week to present pupils with £200 worth of multiskills sports equipment.

Lyndale have recently completed a six week block of multiskills coaching with Tranmere Rovers In The Community as part of the Wirral wide primary schools partnership project run in conjunction with Bebington High Sports College and the Football Foundation.

The three year project will see over 100 primary and special schools visited for six weeks of coaching, with each receiving free equipment for future use by teachers.
