Tranmere's Adult Disability team visited Prenton Park on Wednesday morning for free health checks as part of a partnership between Tranmere Rovers in the Community and the Health Action Area Team.
Eleven players took part in an interactive health and fitness quiz with Learning Centre manager Andy Heywood before receiving their individual health checks from local NHS health trainers Katy Wallace and Vicky Doughty which included measurements of blood pressure, height, weight and body mass index.
They then finished the day by taking part in a training session before playing a five-a-side match on the indoor pitch at the Club's Learning Centre.
