Supporters bringing children with them to the game are advised to buy tickets in advance (either in person at the Ticket Office, by telephoning 0871 221 2001, or online) so they can enter the ground through the same turnstile.

Within the Main Stand are the executive areas - the Tranmere Suite, Vice President's Suite and Dixie Dean Suite (tickets must be purchased in advance) offering supporters bar facilities, hot food, tea and coffee and toilets:

Disabled supporters -

To obtain a disabled or carer concession, the supporter must be receiving the medium or high rate disability living allowance and should present the DLA award letter at the Ticket Office when purchasing the tickets. This applies to ambulant disabled and wheelchair users.

Disabled tickets cost £5 with carer admitted free of charge.
