Rovers Announce Season Ticket Prices For 2009-10
Tranmere Rovers have launched their season ticket offers for 2009/10 with great deals available for all supporters.
League One matchday prices will be held at this season's levels and season tickets are frozen at May 2008 prices. The Club is offering supporters the usual number of FREE matches before the first deadline of 1st May - 7 for Adults and Young Persons and 5 for Seniors.
Junior season tickets (16+under) are reduced to just £50 if the supporter is accompanied - 13 free games - or £75 if unaccompanied.
Chairman Lorraine Rogers also revealed two new categories of season tickets for 2009/10. She said: "There will be a new £25 season ticket for supporters who are under 7. We want to encourage the next generation of fans to come to the Club on a regular basis and these young fans will be able to come to 18 free games with a season ticket for just £25.
"We're are also introducing a new Family Season Ticket for a group of two adults and two Juniors. Anyone buying these four season tickets together will get the cheapest Junior ticket for free."
In addition, the Club is also offering a special reduced price £125 season ticket for Adults, Seniors and Young Persons to celebrate our 125th anniversary season. But the Club can only offer this if enough supporters buy season tickets.
This special £125 offer is only available if the Club receives 7,000 season ticket applications by the (second) deadline of 22 May 2009. If Tranmere reaches the target anyone who has paid the full price for stand season tickets will get a refund over and above £125.
Lorraine Rogers added: "We need supporters' help to reach this target and hope you will tell as many people as possible about it. It's an ambitious target but worth a try."
As usual the Club is offering supporters the chance to pay for their season ticket in 8 instalments over the course of next season. Existing season ticket holders are also able to renew online providing they want to keep the same seat in the same category.
Next season marks the Club's 125th anniversary since it was founded in 1884.
Planned celebrations include:
* A new kit with specific reference to the 125th season
* The fixture nearest to 15th November will be designated for a special celebration
* The introduction of a Players' Hall of Fame
* A 125th Anniversary Dinner
* A new Club badge for season 2009/10
