Tranmere Ladies lifted the Cheshire County FA Challenge Cup for the 11th time when they defeated Crewe Alexandra in the final.

The match, played at Witton Albion, was won when Alli Coleman headed in Kate Horne's cross on the hour mark.

It is the second time in the last three seasons Rovers have won the competition.
