Just four weeks ago, Rovers' six match unbeaten run started with a 1-0 victory over Millwall at the Den.

Ronnie Moore hopes for a repeat win against the Lions when the two sides meet again at Prenton Park on Saturday.

The Rovers Boss told Tranmere World: "It was a really tough game down there. There weren't many chances but we dug deep and Kaysy came up with a great header with about three minutes to go. That was the start of our run and we're in good form now.

"They've changed the side a little bit from the one that played against us. They had a decent result in midweek against Southend which did us a favour. But we've got to do our own favours now. Kenny Jackett has a decent squad of players and it certainly won't be an easy game.

"Our performances have been good, we've just been lacking that killer instinct. We've worked a bit on it in training. The final ball in the attacking third isn't good enough. Once that's right, I think we'll start righting the goal difference. We've kept a few clean sheets, we just need to start scoring a few more goals.

"We have to win games, like all the other teams in the top six. It's going to be exciting. I certainly don't think the top six will run away with it. There will be a dozen, fourteen teams who all think they have a chance. I think it will be a very interesting last day of the season."

Meanwhile, Moore revealed that striker Calvin Zola was a doubt for the game with an injury picked up at Brighton on Tuesday night.

He added: "Calvin looked a bit tired the other day and was feeling his groin. He won't train today. I don't know whether he'll be right to play, but Chris Greenacre is champing at the bit to play. Calvin is the biggest doubt. Maybe a little rest will do him good."
