"We've Got To Score When We're On Top"
Ronnie Moore was frustrated to see his side's Play Off hopes disappear with a 1-0 defeat against Huddersfield at the Galpharm Stadium.
The Manager said: "We basically cut our own throats. That's been the outcome of the last few games. We've got to score when we're on top. We've limited them to very few chances and I don't think they deserved to win but we've not been ruthless enough.
"We've not won enough away games and we're probably a dozen goals short of being in the Play Offs. I'm not having a go at the forwards only for that, the service from the wide men hasn't been good enough. We've got in how many times and we've hit the first man.
"It's disappointing. You want to come off and win and then find out your fate. We've got two games left and we want to finish with two wins. We're as good as anybody in this division, but we've got a bit of a soft centre and we've got to be more ruthless. I can't fault their effort, but we haven't killed them off when we should have done.
"Ian [Moore] had been sick all night with a bug, Ads had the same thing and couldn't be involved. Davies has an adductor strain, Myrie-Williams has a knee injury and Zola has a hamstring strain. We were down to the bare bones."
