Ronnie: "We're Going The Right Way Defensively"
Ronnie Moore says now his team have stopped conceding goals they have to work on scoring them.
Rovers have let in just one goal in the last seven games, but have only found the net once in the last four.
The Manager told Tranmere World: "We have worked hard defensively, what we have to do now is get both ends right. We've got the defensive end right, but we just can't kill teams off.
"We've had good chances in games, but not that many. When they come you have to take them. We had a couple down at MK Dons and didn't take them and we missed three on Saturday at Accrington, and I think that if we'd got one of them we'd have gone on and won the games comfortably.
"We haven't put enough crosses into the box lately, but we're certainly going the right way defensively."
Meanwhile, the Manager said his side had to get past Accrington before thinking about potential FA Cup Second Round opponents Peterborough United.
He added: "It's the third time in the last five years we've drawn Peterborough and they've beaten us the last two times, so maybe it would be the right time for us to get a result.
"But we have to get past Accrington Stanley first and they'll be thinking exactly the same things we are."
