Tranmere have today completed the signing of Doncaster Rovers midfielder Mark Wilson on a one month loan deal.

The 29-year old, who began his career at Manchester United, has made eight appearances this season for Doncaster.

He joined Doncaster in 2006 after earlier spells at Middlesbrough and FC Dallas.

Manager Ronnie Moore said: "Mark is a quality midfielder. He's a good passer of the ball who can play either the holding or attacking roles.

"He played more than 30 games last season in a side that got promoted and he has been involved this season too and I'm really pleased to have him here.

"I'd like to thank Doncaster manager Sean O'Driscoll for allowing him to join us for a month."

Mark will wear the number 27 shirt.
