Andy Taylor: "I'm Not Looking Forward To Les' Mountain Runs!"
Andy Taylor admitted he had one or two pre-season nerves on his first day back at Prenton Park - because of the gruelling schedule he was expecting to be put through by Physio Les Parry.
The left back told www.tranmererovers.co.uk: "I enjoyed the break. It was probably the longest one I've had since I've been a professional but it went quickly. I'm looking forward to getting stuck in to it now.
"I've been a bit nervous the last week or so because you know what's coming. It's a grind but you've just got to get through it.
"I'm not looking forward to Les' mountain runs, but it's something you've got to get out of the way.
"I'm looking forward to working with the new manager. He's got massive pedigree as a player and a manager so it should be interesting.
"Everything is new. There's new management and there will be new players coming in and some have gone. You want to do your best and we want to do even better than last season."
