Tranmere striker Terry Gornell has today signed for League 2 club Accrington Stanley.
The 20-year old progressed through the youth system at Rovers and scored four goals in 46 appearances.
He spent time at Accrington on loan in 2008-09 and rejoins the club ahead of their weekend game against Oxford United.
Manager Les Parry said: "The chance for Terry to move came up and we had a long discussion about our squad and his own personal development. After a lot of consideration he decided he wanted to take the opportunity.
"It's a good opportunity for him at a club he is familiar with and I wish him all the best.
"With Enoch Showunmi, Ian Thomas-Moore, Adam McGurk, Lucas Akins, Kayleden Brown, Jack Mackreth and Dale Jennings all in the squad there is a lot of competition for the attacking places in the team."
