Brown Returns To West Brom

Posted on: Tue 07 Sep 2010

Kayleden Brown has returned to West Bromwich Albion following the end of his one month loan spell at Prenton Park.

The striker made five appearances in his time at Rovers, including a substitute appearance in Saturday's 1-0 win over Peterborough United.

Manager Les Parry said: "Kayo did well for us. We had a chat with West Brom and considered holding on to him.

"But he's away with the Welsh Under-21s for ten days and then a week after that he goes away with them again for a European Championships qualifier. So even if we'd have wanted to keep him we'd have had him for about 14 days out of the next 30 so that swung the pendulum against keeping him."
