The treatment room continues to be busy with several players weeks away from first team action.
Olly James' operation appears to have been a success. Olly had the tears in the ball of his foot repaired and the broken bone pinned. He'll be in a cast and on crutches for at least four weeks.
Kevin Ellison is still bothered by his ankle injury. Les explained, "Kevin has damaged a couple of very strong ankle ligaments, not the run of the mill outside front ones. He is able to do quite a lot of work but is still only able to run in a straight line so next week may be too soon for him."
Calvin Zola made a visit to the Club's Podiatrist this week to be fitted with a special pair of strong innersoles which will hopefully support his foot in such a way that he will be able to start running work.
Steve Jennings' knee injury is as bad as first thought. He has pulled a fair chunk of the ligament on the inside of his knee off his tibia. He's still struggling to walk and is at least six weeks away from a return to training.
Robbie Stockdale joined in training with the first team this week although he won't be doing any sprint work until next week.
