In October 2009 Zoumana Bakayogo joined Rovers on a short term contract until January 2010.
The 23-year old, who was born in Paris, France, began his career at Paris St Germain, before moving to Millwall in 2006. He spent time on loan at Brighton & Hove Albion and returned to France last season where he played for UJA Alfortville.
He has represented the Ivory Coast at Under-23 level, playing in Olympic Qualifiers.
He made his Tranmere debut against Stockport County at Prenton Park.
