Tranmere signed Manchester City defender Shaleum Logan on loan until the end of the season in July 2009.
The 21-year old from Manchester is a graduate of City's youth academy, who rose to prominence in 2005/06 with some fine displays during their run to the FA Youth Cup final.
He made his Premier League debut in February 2009 and has played for Grimsby Town, Scunthorpe United and Stockport County on loan.
