Tranmere reserves suffered a 2-0 defeat in their second totesport.com League match of the season on Wednesday afternoon against Oldham Athletic at Stalybridge Celtic.

Rovers had plenty of possesion but failed to turn it into shots on goal, with Adam McGurk going closest on a couple of occasions. The Latics scored either side of half time to seal the win.
