In order to renew your Season Ticket online you must be registered with the online Ticket Office, if you are already registered simply sign in. You can do this by clicking the 'Welcome, Sign In' link on the front page (as below)

From here you can either log in if registered (there is also a link in case you have forgotten your password) or select 'Activate My Season Ticket' (as below).

To Active Your Season Ticket you must have your client reference number, which can be found on the printed ticket on the inside cover of your Season Ticket. If you cannot find your number you can call the Tranmere Rovers Ticket Office on 0871 221 2001 or e-mail tickets@tranmererovers.co.uk.

Any tickets that are due for renewal under your client reference will be noted in the 'Ticket Hub' section once you are logged in (as below). Click 'Renew Tickets' and all seats on offer to you will appear on screen. Select the seats you want by ticking the box besides them and then 'Add to Basket'. All seats selected will then appear in you shopping basket which can be accessed at the top of your screen (see below). Enter your card details and select Collection / Delivery from the drop down menu, click Complete Purchase when you are finished.

There is a £3 booking charge per Season Ticket, £1.50 per ticket postage charge if you require and a 2% surcharge on all Credit Card transactions (no surcharge on Debit Cards)
