Tranmere v Peterborough - Sat 3pm
Saturday, 4 September, kick off 3pm at Prenton Park
Tranmere manager Les Parry has a host of injuries to contend with ahead of Saturday's game against Peterborough.
Starting at the back, Simon Miotto is ruled out with a hamstring injury while Gunnar Nielsen is away on international duty with the Faroe Islands, so Joe Collister will continue in goal with youth team keeper Andy Coughlin on the bench.
In defence, Marlon Broomes, Ash Taylor and Nick Wood are sidelined so Jermaine Grandison is likely to compete with Max Blanchard for a place alongside Ian Goodison.
Midfielders Paul McLaren, Joss Labadie and John Welsh are all unavailable bringing Arnaud Mendy and Ryan Fraughan into contention, but in attack, Ian Thomas-Moore could return after missing the last two games with a knee injury.
Rovers go into the match looking for their first home win of the season while Peterborough come to Prenton Park in second place in League 1 with nine points from four games.
Posh manager Gary Johnson hopes to be able to use Grant McCann despite him being on international duty on Friday night, but Gabriel Zakuani, Nathan Mendez-Laing and Lee Frecklington miss out.
Rovers and Peterborough have met 50 times previously, with Rovers winning 16 times and the Posh 19. The last game at Prenton Park between the two clubs ended 1-1 in the 2008-09 season.
Tranmere can be backed to win at 13/5 with the Club's online betting partner, Coral, while a 2-1 victory for Rovers is 10/1. Remember, every bet you place at Coral directly helps the Club.

Match basics
Where is Prenton Park?
You can find the ground on Borough Road and Prenton Road West in Birkenhead, post code CH42 9PY. The ground is just a few minutes from junctions 3 and 4 of the M53, and only a few minutes from the Liverpool Tunnel. We've got a large car park at the ground which costs just £4 and can be booked in advance by calling 0871 221 2001 or by calling into the Club Shop / Ticket Office. More comprehensive directions and travel information can be found here.
Before the match
On Saturday match days, the Club Shop and Ticket Office are open from 10.00am until kick off and the Club Shop is open after the game for half an hour. For midweek matches opening time is 9.30am and we're open right through until kick off.
Match tickets can be purchased from the Ticket Office, online at www.tranmererovers.co.uk or by calling 0871 221 2001 option 1. If you've bought in advance and are collecting your ticket, it will be available from the collections window at the Ticket Office. Otherwise, you can - unless stated otherwise - pay cash on the turnstiles in all stands except the Main Stand and Family Paddock (ticket required). We offer four types of concession rates - Juniors (16 and under), Young Persons (17-22), Seniors (60+) and Disabled (medium or higher rate of disability living allowance). Young Persons and Disabled tickets must be purchased in advance from the Ticket Office together with proof of age or letter of disability living allowance entitlement. Wherever possible, all concessions should bring proof of age in case it is required at the turnstiles.
There's FREE face painting in the Club Shop ahead of the game and it's the first place match programmes go on sale. Programmes will also be on sale inside every stand of the ground once the turnstiles open - which is an hour before kick off.
Once inside the ground, all four stands have fast food outlets and toilets, plus the concourse in the Bebington End of the Main Stand has televisions where we'll usually be showing Sky Sports News or any live matches taking place. There's also televisions in the Bunny Bell Bar (accessed from the Town End of the Main Stand and the Town Paddock), and in Aldo's and The Belmont Suite, our two bars situated in the Prentonian Suite in which home supporters are welcome before they enter the ground.
If you fancy watching the match from one of our executive suites you're more than welcome. We've got three different rooms - the Tranmere Suite, the Vice Presidents' Suite and the Dixie Dean Suite, all of which come with a complimentary match programme, bar facilities and more. At half time, supporters in the Tranmere Suite can get tea, coffee and biscuits, those in the Vice Presidents' Suite are offered tea, coffee and a pie, while those in the Dixie Dean Suite get a half time buffet plus tea and coffee. Depending on which room you're in, you might even spot some players (past and present) and the directors too. For all three rooms, tickets must be purchased in advance - Adult and Junior prices only. Call 0871 221 2001 option 1 or call into the Club Shop / Ticket Office. Dixie Dean tickets are subject to availability.
Half time
We've usually got a whole host of things going on at half time to keep you occupied while the players catch their breath. There's the draw for the Equaliser, which sees one lucky fan take home half the proceeds with the rest going to the Club - tickets will have been on sale inside the ground before kick off.
Then we've got Rock the Crossbar, a half time competition for supporters which sees three people attempt to hit the cross bar from the edge of the area.
There will be an update of scores from other games around the country, music, you can watch the substitutes warm up and there'll sometimes be a presentation too.
After the match
The Bunny Bell Bar and Aldo's are open after the final whistle and they're a handy place to mull over any controversial incidents during the game! Supporters in the Tranmere Suite, Vice Presidents' Suite and Dixie Dean Suite can also relax in those rooms after the final whistle. And if the car park is a bit busy, it's a chance to let the traffic ease off before making your way home.
