Walsall v Tranmere
Saturday, 5 April, kick off 3pm at the Banks Stadium
Ronnie Moore hopes to have Chris Shuker back for selection when Rovers make the trip to Walsall on Saturday.
The winger missed the 2-1 win over Swindon after experiencing tightness behind his knee, but has returned to training this week with the rest of the squad. The only definite absentee is left winger Steve Davies (knee).
Walsall boss Richard Money may welcome back Darrren Wrack, Edrissa Sonko and Kevin Betsy. The trio missed the last game due to flu but returned to action in the reserves in midweek. Michael Dobson and Ishmel Demontagnac are likely to miss out with knee injuries but loan signing Aaron Brown could make his debut.
The Saddlers are currently in tenth place on 57 points, with a home record consisting of six wins, eight draws and five defeats.
Saturday's game will be the 58th time the two sides have met, with Rovers having won 19 and Walsall 26. Tranmere are unbeaten in their last three away games at Walsall, with the most recent meeting being a 0-0 draw on Boxing Day 2005 under Brian Little. Earlier this season the teams drew 0-0 at Prenton Park.
Tranmere can be backed to win at 8/5 with bet365, while a 2-1 victory is 17/2. Fancy a scorecast? Antony Kay scoring the first goal in a 3-1 win is a massive 470/1! Remember, every bet you place at bet365 directly helps the Club.
