Swindon v Tranmere
Saturday, 9 August, kick off 3pm at the County Ground
Tranmere kick off the League One season with a trip to Swindon Town on Saturday afternoon.
Rovers manager Ronnie Moore has injury concerns over striker Chris Greenacre and midfielder Gareth Edds, with the pair having their fitness assessed at the 'last minute'.
Edds is one of a number of players who could be making their competitive debuts for Rovers, with Godwin Antwi, Charlie Barnett, George O'Callaghan, Edrissa Sonko, Bas Savage and Luke Waterfall all in the squad for the first time.
Swindon manager Maurice Malpas welcomes back striker Simon Cox into his squad, while midfielder Lilian Nalis could make his first start for the Robins. New signing Yinka Casal could feature at left back.
Last season's trip to the County Ground ended in a 1-0 win for Swindon, with Barry Corr netting a late winner.
In total, the clubs have met 56 times, with Swindon having won 21 times and Tranmere 20.
Rovers can be backed to win at 2/1 with bet365, while a 2-1 victory is 10/1. Fancy a scorecast? Edrissa Sonko scoring the first goal in a 3-2 win is a massive 350/1! Remember, every bet you place with bet365 directly helps the Club.
