Tranmere's FA Youth Cup campaign ended with a 2-0 defeat against Cambridge at the Abbey Stadium.

Rovers went 1-0 down after only four minutes and despite having chances, went into the break a goal behind.

A penalty soon into the second half put the hosts two ahead and Rovers were unable to turn possession into chances and couldn't pull themselves back into the game.
