Supporters bringing children with them to the game are advised to buy tickets in advance (either in person at the Ticket Office, by telephoning 0871 221 2001, or online) so they can enter the ground through the same turnstile.

Disabled supporters -
To obtain a disabled or carer concession, the supporter must be receiving the medium or high rate disability living allowance and should present the DLA award letter at the Ticket Office when purchasing the tickets. This applies to ambulant disabled and wheelchair users.
Disabled tickets cost £6.00 with carer admitted free of charge.

All juniors 11 and under must be accompanied.

Durning the season some matches will be Category A due to the increased cost of staging the fixtures (eg policing and stewarding), with others Category C and the majority Category B (the standard prices). Match categories are as follows:

All games, unless stated are pay at the turnstiles. Tickets can, however, be purchased in advance from the Ticket Office at Prenton Park (cash and credit card accepted), by calling 0871 221 2001 or online at www.trfctickets.co.uk.
Ticket Office Opening hours (the Ticket Office is located in the Club Shop apart from Matchdays when it is in the Portakabin in the Directors' Car Park at Prenton Park):
* Monday - Friday: 9.30am - 5.00pm.
* Saturday (Tranmere at home): 10.00am - kick off
* Saturday (Tranmere away): 10.00am - 1.00pm
* Midweek matchdays: 9.30am - kick off.
Club Shop
The Club Shop, situated next to the main stand reception, stocks a wide range of Tranmere merchandise and is open as follows:
* Monday - Friday: 9.30am - 5.00pm.
* Saturday (Tranmere at home): 10.00am - kick off and for 30 minutes after the final whistle.
* Saturday (Tranmere away): 10.00am - 1.00pm.
* Midweek matchdays: 9.30am - kick off and for 30 minutes after the final whistle.
The morning after midweek home matches, the Club Shop will open at 10.30am.
During the close season the Club Shop is closed on Saturdays.

Bars:
Bunny Bell Bar- free access to supporters seated in the Main Stand Town End or Town End Paddock before the game and at half time.
Aldo's - free access to all supporters before the game and after the final whistle. At half time supporters situated in the Kop have access to Aldo's.
Supporter flags are displayed at the discretion of the Club.
