Toilets

At Prenton Park, we have changing places toilet as well as stoma friendly toilets in each stand.

Accessible toilets are available in each stand.

Quiet Room

We have a Quiet Room available inside the Kop Stand for those who need to take a break from the hustle and bustle of a matchday, or to breast feed, or for those supporters who need a quiet place to pray, or for relief for people who have Tourette's Syndrome. Please speak to the nearest stewards if you require to use our Quiet Room.

Sensory Packs

Funded by the Tranmere Rovers Disabled Supporters Association we are proud to be able to offer sensory packs for fans who may find the atmosphere at a game challenging and to help them have a more enjoyable experience.

Packs are limited but can be requested by completing an online form by 4pm two days before a home match eg Thursday 4pm for a Saturday game. Once the application has been completed, the Disabled Supporters Association or SLO Team will be in touch to arrange collection on a match day.

Familiarisation Tours

Our SLO’s offer familiarisation tours during the week ahead of matches for any fans who feel it's necessary - this can include checking different areas before purchasing tickets as well as route planning for arrival/during the game. You can contact them on Facebook or Twitter @trfcSLO or by email slo@tranmererovers.co.uk

Deaf Supporters or Supporters Requiring Hearing Aid

No additional facilities are currently provided for spectators who are deaf or have a hearing impairment.

Blind Supporters or Supporters with Visual Impairment

We provide an audio descriptive commentary service for supporters. The service provides unique and catered live full-match commentary to improve the matchday experience of supporters who have visual impairments or rely on audio description to follow the match. Supporters can collect a headset from The Club Store and return them there afterwards. Headsets can be reserved via email at shop@tranmererovers.co.uk or via phone at 03330 144452.

Disability Identifiers

The Club provide disability identifiers, consisting of two options: silicone wristbands and lanyards. Both options are designed to discreetly signal a fan's need for additional support during matchdays while maintaining their privacy. The identifiers are available for collection from The Club Store.

Personal Assistants

Personal assistant tickets can only be used if accompanied by the disabled supporter. If this supporter is unable to attend then the PA will need to pay the match day ticket price to be able to enter the ground.

Parking

There is a car park at Prenton Park which can only be booked in advance at a cost of £6 per car, per game. This can be booked online at trfctickets.co.uk or in advance of the fixture in the Club Shop. It is recommended that you book in advance as the car park is likely to sell out.
