Rovers represented in NLT Under-11 Regional Cup finals
Tranmere Rovers will be represented by two local primary schools as part of the National League Trust Under-11 cup competition.
Both schools came through a tournament at the Futsal Hub at Prenton Park in order to represent the Club, first at the area finals which took place in Stockport, and now in the Northern Finals which will be played on Friday 27 April in Bradford.
The boys will be represented by St Joseph's Primary School in Birkenhead, who won the area finals in Stockport.
They will be up against teams representing Chester FC, Harrogate Town, Solihull Moors, Tamworth and York City.
For the girls, Rovers are represented by Birkenhead Prep, who were runners up in the area finals earlier this year.
The girls will be up against teams representing Chester FC, Gateshead, Hartlepool United, Tamworth and Wrexham.
The winners of this competition will go on to take on the winner of the Southern equivalent at Wembley Stadium ahead of the Vanarama National League Promotion Final on Saturday 12 May.
