Mottley-Henry returns to Rovers

17 August 2018

Tranmere Rovers are delighted to welcome back Dylan Mottley-Henry to the club on a loan deal from Barnsley until January 2019.

Dylan started his career at Bradford before moving to Barnsley in 2016. The 21 year old needed match time so joined Rovers on loan in October of 2017. He made an instant impact within the squad and became a fans' favourite in the few months that he was here and got on the score sheet against HalifaxTown.

Manager Micky Mellon was very happy to bring Dylan back to the club:

"We're delighted to welcome Dylan back to the group until January.

"He's a young talent and he did really well last time he was here so as soon as we found out it was a possibility, we were keen to bring him back.

"We've all seen what he is capable of and with the attacking options we have at the minute, I think Dylan will only add to what we have going forward.

"I'd like to thank Barnsley and Daniel Stendel for allowing Dylan to join us on loan."

Dylan Mottley-Henry will be available for tomorrow's fixture against Swindon Town.
