We spoke to Ollie Banks ahead of Saturday's game at Northampton Town
"The team are playing well and when that happens, it's easier for everyone to gain confidence.
"I think everyone has stepped up a little bit with the tempo in training and everyone demands better from each other. The lads that have come in are singing off the same hymn sheet so it's good at the minute.
"There has been some tough spells in games and I think it's just everyone sticking together and working hard. If we can continue that then we'll keep many more clean sheets.
"Being in a new league it's hard to gauge how we will do but as we've seen with the first five or six games, we can compete with anyone and there's no reason why we can't be competing at the top end of the table."
