Tranmere Rovers manager Micky Mellon spoke to the media ahead of this weekend’s League Two encounter against Cambridge United.
Rovers will return to league action after the FA Cup draw against Southport, and the boss admitted the squad knows exactly what needs to be done this weekend against the U’s.
The boss said: “We want to try and improve all the time. That has always been what we have tried to do, and win every game that we take part in.
“We don’t get too up or too down, we know what we want to try and achieve and give ourselves the best chance to win games and we are working very hard at that.
“The lads are very responsive, and we are looking forward to Saturday’s game. We will carry on learning and moving forward.”
