Another pre-season friendly added to the calendar
Tranmere Rovers will take on Scottish Championship side Dumfermline Athletic on Saturday 7 July (3pm kick-off) at East End Park as part of Micky Mellon's side's preparations for the 2018-19 League Two campaign.
The game will mark the end of a six-day training camp north of the border for the Rovers players.
The Pars, managed by former Sunderland and Scotland international winger Allan Johnston, had a strong season in 2017-18. They finished in fourth position in the Scottish Championship, narrowly missing out on a chance for promotion back into the top flight, just three points behind Livingston who beat Partick Thistle in the play-off final.
East End Park is an all-seater stadium with a capacity of over 11,000. The address is Dunfermline Athletic FC, Halbeath Road, Dunfermline, KY12 7RB.
Admission prices for this fixture are £10 for adults and £5 for concessions.
