Do you want to stand out from the rest and exercise using the same high-quality gym equipment recommended and used by more than 50 professional athletes on a daily basis?

How about training like a beast to be as strong as our Club captain and centre back, Steve McNulty, or having the cardiovascular endurance of our tireless midfielder Connor Jennings?

Well now you can, by joining Campus Circuits, based at the first team’s training complex, the Campus, on Leasowe Road in Wallasey.

We run intense but fun classes which will meet all of your exercise needs, with a sea of elite strength and conditioning equipment alongside a wide range of cardiovascular machines including treadmills, rowing machines and even a Wattbike!

The gym is also home to Liverpool FC Women’s first team who play in FA Women’s Super League and have a number of international players in their squad.

Each week night, from 6-7pm, highly qualified personal trainers run a vigorous one-hour circuit training session, guaranteed to improve your fitness in no time, regardless of ability!

And if you sign up before Wednesday 2nd January 2019, we will give you one free class to be used that month.

Tranmere Rovers’ head of sports science, Andy Hodgen, who plans the teams important fitness sessions in the gym, said: “It’s a fantastic set up, the facilities that we have and the equipment we have available is not only vital for keeping the lads fit, and plays a key part in our success on the pitch.”

“We’re fortunate to have such a good facility behind us, it helps keep the lads match fit, injury free and sharp, and the ones who are coming back from injury have such a platform to get the most out of their rehab.”

“There are over 50 professional athletes training here day-in-day-out, so that fact that the club is opening it up for the public to train from too is a fantastic opportunity to use a top-class facility. Footballers need to tick a lot of boxes in terms of physicality – it’s not just cardiovascular, its strength, power, speed endurance, and we can cater for all of that here. Really, we’ve got everything, and for the public it’s a great opportunity to work hard in a unique setting”

Reece Riley, one of the instructors was quick to agree. He said: “To have so much equipment to choose from that is such high quality, give us great creative freedom to keep coming up with fun, varied classes that can challenge a wide range of abilities”

Cath, a regular at the Campus Circuits was keen to show off her progression. She added: “I could barely handle a 5kg sandbag when I first stated, but now I’m pushing 15kg easy!”

We have discounted our rates for January and now our membership is a fantastic £30 a month, which means you can attend as many sessions as you like each month. Individual sessions cost just £3.
