Commercial Sales Manager

To generate sales for the commercial growth of the Club. To identify, prospect and acquire new sales of individual and commercial sponsorship, events and grants across all TRFC and TRIC. To identify new markets and business opportunities.

Retail Manager

To manage all areas of the retail store including Club Shop, Reception and Ticket Office, including on matchdays. You will be required to lead and motivate the shop, reception and ticketing staff in a positive and friendly way. As well as managing the day to day shop and ticketing office activities.

Cowsheds Catering & Café Operations Manager

To ensure the matchday kiosk catering operates effectively, safely and to a high standard of service by operational management prior to and on match days, including ordering stock, producing staff rota, management of staff, recruitment, training, day to management/supervision and development.

To oversee profitable running of the recreation centre café, Aldos and Dixies. To maintain stock levels to deliver and develop a menu to college students and the wider public. Maintaining staff rotas to meet opening requirements and ordering stock. May include occasional ground level work in both kiosks, café, Aldos and Dixies.

Recreational Centre Manager

To be responsible for driving the operating and growing TRFC Recreation Centre. Manage day to day operations, ensure exceptional customer experience and grow the utilisation/profit of the centre.

Catering, Hospitality & Events Assistant

To assist the Catering, Hospitality and Events Manager in delivering all events in the lounges and the Boardroom at the Club, including on matchdays to an excellent standard. To support the Catering, Hospitality and Events Manager with any administrative duties.

Recreational Café Assistant

Café Staff are primarily responsible for preparing food for the Café menus. They will also be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the Café and assisting their manager in delivering quality customer service.

NCS Project co-ordinator

Plan, implement and manage all aspects of the NCS project in line with programme requirements to deliver project outcomes. Oversee all operational aspects of delivery, including project activities, staff training and health and safety. Being the main point of contact for young people and parent/ guardians who are assigned to the NCS programme
