Tranmere Rovers are delighted to announce Dawn Tolcher has been promoted to Managing Director.
Dawn, who previously held the position of Managing Director at Tranmere Rovers in the Community, has worked for the Club since 2015, and will start her new role with immediate effect. She will be responsible for all non-football aspects of the Club’s business.
Dawn’s appointment comes as part of an internal restructure to align the staffing structure with the changing dynamic of the football club’s business.
Chairman Mark Palios said: “Over the last three years, Dawn has played a major part in the successful delivery and growth of the community and education elements of the business. The time is now right for her to step up to a broader role.
“I am delighted that Dawn has accepted the position and I look forward to her continuing the progress the Club has made off the field.”
Dawn added: “I have been involved with Tranmere Rovers for more than 16 years now. My first role was on the Tranmere Rovers in the Community board, and I helped formalise TRIC as a charitable organisation.
“I started working for the football club on a full-time basis in November 2015 and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. It has been fantastic to see how far the Club has progressed and I am excited to start my new role and help Tranmere Rovers continue to make steps forward in the right direction.”
