Tranmere Rovers manager Micky Mellon is looking forward to Wednesday night’s Emirates FA Cup second-round tie away at Wycombe Wanderers, 7:45pm kick-off.
Rovers head to Adams Park for a third meeting against Gareth Ainsworth’s Chairboys in the space of 11 days.
A second-round tie at home to Chichester City on Sunday 1st December awaits the winners of the replay.
Mellon said: “They have all been tough games, we obviously know everything we need to know about each other so we’re looking forward to going down there and getting it on again.
“We don’t really expect ourselves to have any difference in terms of how we would play, we know it’s a big, big game and go and be competitive, and go and take our opportunities.
“We’ll pick a team accordingly to go and take part. We have got a couple of injury problems, so we will give that the most time possible before we select the team, but we should be okay.
“I don’t think we can think any further than Wednesday night. We have to go there and perform and represent Tranmere to address the balance in the games and get a positive result.”
Mellon went onto update the SWA on the injuries sustained by David Perkins, Neil Danns and Liam Ridehalgh.
He added: “Perks has got a bit of niggle, it’s another hamstring problem, Danns has got a back problem and we thought that Ridehalgh had broke his foot, but he went for an x-ray but it’s just a bruised foot.
“It gives someone else the opportunity to come in and take the opportunity.”
