Tranmere Rovers’ SWA2 Fan Zone is back at Prenton Park for Tranmere Rovers’ home fixture against Shrewsbury Town on Saturday afternoon.
Located in the Recreation Centre and open to young supporters aged between 6-12-years-old, the SWA2 Fan Zone is free for both TRFC season ticket holders and non-season ticket holders.
The SWA2 Fan Zone is held between 1:30pm-2:30pm with a whole host of fun activities and competitions leading up to Micky Mellon’s lads taking to the pitch for kick-off.
Following on from the success of Turn Up and Play sessions in the summer school holiday camps, we have decided to move them to match days.
With a further four games before Christmas and a further five games after the Festive Period, the SWA2 Fan Zone is the perfect place for your child to have fun before taking their seats in the stands!
The Club are also running a SW2 Halloween programme front cover design competition for the Doncaster Rovers clash on Saturday 26th October.
As a part of the Club’s #SWA2 initiative, we want to get our young supporters involved in Tranmere Rovers and as close to the Football Club as they can.
Having ran a similar competition for the game against Forest Green Rovers back in April, which proved a great success, we are hoping to see a lot of great entries once again.
This is your opportunity for your work to be seen by thousands of football supporters who will visit Prenton Park on the day, so don’t miss out on a great opportunity to get involved in an exciting competition.
The exciting competition is open to any TRFC supporter under the age of 12.
To return your entry to the Club, please scan and email your design to TonyC@tranmererovers.co.uk or alternatively submit a hard copy to the Club Store marked for the attention of Tony Coombes.
