The Club is seeking volunteers to assist with matchday pitch maintenance.
A small group of dedicated volunteers currently assist the Head Groundsman on matchdays. New faces and new hands are required to help us further.
For those interested, the work would begin approximately two hours before kick-off with the match set up (moving practice goals etc), continue at half time and then after the game for approximately two hours for and divot / repair work, mowing and lighting rig assembly.
Supporters with a background in horticulture or sports turf would be particularly welcome.
Head Groundsman Liam Cash commented: “The Club has invested a lot in our fantastic new pitch and we want to keep the standards as high as possible throughout the coming season.
"A small team of volunteers would play a big part in that."
