Manager Micky Mellon was pleased with the way his team battled to earn a point against Bristol Rovers alongside reserving special praise for the home supporters.
Speaking in his post-match press conference after the game, Mellon said: "We set a team up to try and win the game. It was tough conditions so it was a real battle all the way through and we showed the qualities that were needed to try and get a result.
"In terms of the conditions and what the pitch allowed to do, the energy and the fight was great. The crowd was fantastic and they got right behind us.
"It was a hard fought game and of course we wanted to win but in the end apart from the obvious wee bits of quality, I couldn't ask anymore of them.
"They kept on fighting but it wasn't to be and we couldn't get the break through.
"We still need to get better. What was pleasing is that we had a good go at what we told them to improve upon. We have to get consistent and we will bang on about that and encourage the lads to play higher and close the gaps in midfield."
