Tranmere Rovers is saddened to learn of the passing of match day steward John Cubbin at the age of 72.
John stewarded the tunnel and changing room area on match days for more than 20 years and was a popular figure with players and coaching staff throughout his time at the Club.
He will be missed by all his friends and colleagues at Prenton Park and the Club sends its deepest condolences to his friends and family.
