As you are aware, changes for access to home matches on iFollow will come into play from this weekend. You should by now have registered your iFollow accounts, using the same email address you have supplied to the Club.
Fans will no longer receive codes from ourselves and instead will have automatic access activated on their account and this will come into play for our fixture against Morecambe.
We would like to thank supporters for their patience with us whilst the process has been moving over to the new system and providing us with correct details for the iFollow account.
We have now had confirmation that your accounts are set up and you can find out how in three easy steps:
- Log in to iFollow (click 'Sign in/Register' in the navigation bar)
- Click your name in the navigation bar to get to your 'My Account page'
- Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'
If you have been granted access, you will see 'Season Ticket - Tranmere Rovers' listed here. An example of how it will look can be found below.
If you have not yet registered an iFollow account, or if you have experienced difficulty in doing so, then we will be able to supply a code to you for Saturday's game. A code will also be supplied to you if you have not yet supplied us with an email address which matches your iFollow account.
