Tranmere Rovers Football Club have the following update for 2020/21 season ticket holders regarding their iFollow match passes.
From Tuesday 27th October, the EFL will be switching from a code-based system to a database account system, which means that your iFollow account will automatically grant access to all of our home league matches. This will apply up until season ticket holders are allowed back into Prenton Park.
It is important that season ticket holders ensure their email address with the Club Store is consistent with their iFollow account. All iFollow accounts should be registered by no later than Monday 26th October.
The Club will be sending a list of season ticket holders’ email addresses to the EFL before next Tuesday’s deadline.
From that moment on, if season-ticket holding supporters have not aligned their ticketing account with iFollow, they will not be able to access free streams of home fixtures, with free redemption codes no longer available.
It is essential that season-ticket holders who wish to access their complimentary streams have updated their records with Tranmere Rovers Football Club.
If any season ticket holders use their email address for multiple season tickets, they should try to provide an individual email address for each holder so that no season ticket holders miss out on watching the games.
Please note that the data being passed to EFL Digital is purely for the purpose of providing access to iFollow. If any season ticket holder does not wish for us to share their data with EFL Digital then please let us know as a matter of urgency. Please refer to the EFL Privacy Policy on the Club website for more information.
To do this, please email tickets@tranmererovers.co.uk by noon on Monday 26th October.
