Tranmere Rovers eSports teams have now entered the second half of the season and progress continues to be made.
Craig, the eSports team manager, has provided the following progress update…
Premiership South
We are in a respectable position of 10th with the Club fully on course to grab themselves a top four position. After a consistent run of results over the last three weeks we have pulled ourselves right into the mix.
We have played a total of 31 games, winning 17 of them, hitting 50 goals and 13 clean sheets along the way. Our striker Jxck10_ has been lethal in Europe bagging himself a whopping 33 goals and is in contention as one of the top goal scorers across the whole of Europe’s leagues.
As stated, the team has 13 clean sheets, again, this is one of the best defensive records in the league, so a huge shout to our Captain LMNTRX who has played every minute.
English Premiership
Once again in this league we have been rather inconsistent, winning nine out of 17 games shows this but were still 6th in the table and a top three position is certainly achievable.
In this league jxck10_ is our top scorer with five and again our defence has been solid with six clean sheets.
VPGW
Tranmere decided to enter a weekend league, with a spot opening up on the fourth week we entered 14th (bottom) and on 0 points, following this we have played eight games, winning seven of these and drawing one.
We now find ourselves sitting fourth, every player who has contributed has been outstanding as the leader boards will show, considering we missed the first four weeks, our players dominate the boards across all positions. Our top goal scorer is jackpriddy with eight goals and again our defence has been unreal with six clean sheets.
On a side note Tranmere Esports are still battling in the Esports Cup. After dominating the group winning five from six, we have gone on to win our last two knockout games, which now brings us to playing in the last 32, where we will play the formidable Onente.
