Tickets for the Port Vale game are now available for sale online, with collection from store before the match. Any purchased tickets which have not been collected from the store by match day will be taken to Port Vale and can be collected there, as usual.
The tickets will also be available to purchase in store tomorrow when the shop re-opens. The shop will be open 9am to 5pm Tuesday to Friday and 10am to 1pm on Saturday.
There is no restriction on the number of tickets which can be purchased.
We apologise for the delay in announcing the availability of tickets. They did arrive at the shop on Saturday, but a decision was made not to publicly announce that at the time, or to put them online immediately, because we did not want to increase pressure on the shop when the priority was clearly to make sure that everyone was able to get their tickets for Saturday’s home season-opener. Thankfully, on Saturday at no point was there any material queue for either ticket purchase or season ticket collection, despite a sizeable gate and we thank the shop staff and the volunteers who worked extremely hard to ensure that was the case.
Implementing a new ticketing system is an immensely complex task at any time (particularly given our free season ticket instalment option) but has undoubtedly been made more difficult due to the limited potential for live-testing during lockdown. Nevertheless, now that season ticket holders are set up on the system and some early teething issues have been ironed out, it should get a lot simpler and quicker from here on in.

Disabled supporters are charged the appropriate age category with one carer entered free of charge.
Tickets will be available on the day of the game at a £2 increase. These will be available from an away sales kiosk located outside the away end. This is cash only.
Official club coach travel is also available with tickets available online and in store. The coaches will depart Prenton Park from 11:30am
