Tranmere Rovers in the Community and Premier League Kicks participant awarded black belt in Taekwondo

Tranmere Rovers in the Community (TRIC) and Premier League Unified Kicks participant, Jack, has been awarded his black belt in Taekwondo after just three and a half years.

Jack who has been attending the TRIC session now for a number of years, week in week out shown hard work and dedication which has seen him progress to represent Tranmere Rovers Junior Disability Team. 

Away from football, his hard work continues as after just three and a half years and at the age of 12 he has been awarded a black belt in Taekwondo and also won gold in a regional Taekwondo tournament where he presented Wirral and Chester. 

Speaking of his achievements Tranmere Rovers in the Community Disability Officer, Faye Jones, said:

"It is a delight to have coached Jack over the years, he works incredibly hard so it is of no surprise he has made these achievements both with us and in Taekwondo. 

He is a perfect example of, you can achieve anything if you work hard and put your mind to it.

Well done Jack"
