Kemar Roofe finished as Rangers’ top goal scorer in the Scottish Premiership last season, with only James Tavernier netting more in all competitions.
It was Roofe’s first season at the club, having joined from Belgian side Anderlecht in the summer of 2020. And his debut campaign at Ibrox was a successful one, as he helped the side the title.
The 28-year-old began his career at West Bromwich Albion, before having later permanent spells at Oxford and Leeds.
Last season saw Steven Gerrard guide Rangers to the title in emphatic fashion, finishing the season unbeaten and 25 points ahead of Celtic.
Winning their 55th league title in a historic season at Ibrox, the former Liverpool midfielder has been in charge at the club since June 2018.
Now in his fourth season in the Scottish capital, the 41-year-old will look to retain the title with Rangers’ campaign kicking off on July 31st.
