Keith Hill says his squad are fully prepared for Tranmere Rovers’ Sky Bet League Two fixture against Exeter City at Prenton Park on Saturday.
Rovers return to their home ground when they host the Grecians this weekend on the Wirral.
And Hill gave his pre-match thoughts ahead of the Exeter contest.
Hill said: “We can’t look any further than Exeter and it is the next big game, and that’s all we have to prepare for, and we have to represent our values as staff and players.
“We’ve got 12 games to play, and we have got to evolve in a different way, and we’ll definitely find that way as we’re ambitious. It has been 34 games of great work, great responses, and superb results.
“We’ll make good decisions on behalf of the football club and we are still in a great place.
“All I want against Exeter on Saturday is a performance and this club is in a great position and we have got everything to play for.”
Hill believes that Rovers have put themselves in a “great position” heading into the closing few weeks of the campaign.
TRFC have 12 games remaining and Hill is mindful of the amount of Saturday-Tuesday matches awaiting them.
He added: “We are a team that, because of our success, will have to play Saturday-Tuesday, Saturday-Tuesday, Wednesday-Saturday.
“We have put ourselves in a great position because of what we have achieved, and we won’t be victims of that success, and we’ll be prepared physically and mentally.
