Rovers boss Micky Mellon believes that the squad can't be any more determined as they prepare for another huge clash on Saturday against Bristol Rovers.
Fellow promotion chasers Bristol Rovers make the trip to Prenton Park sitting just two points and two places ahead of the SWA in the league standings. Micky and the squad haven't let anything deter them from their preparation this week, not even the windy conditions!
"We've just gone on with it, we know what we have to do and what we have to work on so we've just concentrated on that, we've got what we needed to do done.
"We'd like the wind to give us a break for a while, but we crack on!"
After the disappointment of the two previous outings, in which stoppage-time goals saw Rovers drop points, the gaffer doesn't believe that the squad will have any additional determination this weekend, saying that they're already giving it everything they've got.
"I don't think we can be any more determined, I think the players have given it everything they've got and they'll continue to do that.
"If they have any more determination in them and they hadn't been using it you could question them, but they've always been a very determined group that works very hard and we'll continue that into Saturday."
Micky also touched on the disappointment of the late setbacks in the previous games, he admitted how tough it is at the time and what you have to draw upon to recover from the difficulties.
"We just keep going. It's obviously tough at the time, I won't lie, but one of the abilities that you learn in football is resilience and you just have to keep going and go again and that's one of the abilities we have to draw upon.
"(We) Talk about it, see what we have to improve on in the moments and see if there were any improvements we could have made at any point in the game.
We'll just move onto the next game now"
