Tranmere Rovers are delighted to confirm Windors have agreed to become partners of the Club.
The Club has a longstanding strong relationship with Windsors, and as part of their agreement, their branding will be visible pitchside at Prenton Park.
Windsors are a local family run car dealership that founded in Wallasey in 1919 and share the Club’s community values. They have two sites on Wirral and offer a wide range of new and used cars and vans.
Speaking on the partnership, Windsors said:
“Tranmere Rovers & Windsors is the partnership that fits. Two local, community-driven companies whose family ethos showcases great heritage, loyalty, and pride. Tranmere regard themselves as Wirral’s Family Club, as we stand proud to be one of Wirral’s largest and longest standing family businesses. Our sponsorship is not simply to advertise our company but to be part of a network behind a club that holds such high standing. Tranmere Rovers is an integral part of the local community, as is Windsors, and we feel together we can both redevelop a partnership, to enhance our brands and work to provide success on all fronts within Wirral.
Tranmere’s desire to put the right fundamentals of the club and its support first within the community matches Windsors constant work to put our customers and loyal staff at the forefront of the business. A multi-franchise company covering 2 sites across the Wirral, for over 100 Years, goes through numerous changes over time, yet one entity we have always strived to remain loyal to is local partnerships. Windsors has always been a part in some form of Tranmere, sponsoring the club in numerous ways for many years, rejuvenating that relationship is something we have wanted to achieve for a long time.
From a business perspective, Tranmere doesn’t just offer an avenue for advertisement but a community within itself where you as a company can meet, network, and learn from each other as part of a team. After previous years together we look forward to our revitalised relationship flourishing again for many years to come.”
