Tranmere Rovers in the Community have been working with local schools as part of our Premier League Primary Stars programme.
Last week we visited Gayton Primary School’s Year 6 group, with the class engaging excellently in an anti-discrimination workshop.
The children discussed important topics such as racism, homophobia and transgender awareness, and contributed some brilliant points in an extremely mature manner.
Andy Heywood, our Education Lead, has been delivering the workshop and leading some engaging discussion.
This week, we have visited The Priory CE Primary School in Birkenhead, delivering a workshop to their Year 6 class on making positive choices, signs of grooming and different types of peer pressure.
