Ben Hockenhull has joined National League North side Chorley on a one-month loan.
The 21-year-old defender signed for Rovers in May 2022 and made his debut in the EFL Trophy against Crewe Alexandra, where he was awarded Man of the Match in a 1-0 win.
Hockenhull joined Warrington Rylands on loan for the remainder of the season and made 20 appearances for the Northern Premier League side.
Chorley are currently 17th in the National League North, one division up from Rylands, having drawn their opening three games of the season.
Manager Ian Dawes said: “Ben is a young player who we see great potential in. He earned valuable senior experience at Warrington Rylands last season, and we believe this loan will help further his development.
“The National League North is a competitive league and we wish Ben all the best during his time with Chorley.”
